Terms of Service
Effective date: June 20, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AskMyLogs. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
AskMyLogs provides tools for uploading, parsing, analyzing, chatting with, and reporting on server log files. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with data you are authorized to process.
Beta availability
The service is currently in beta. Features, limits, pricing, availability, supported log formats, retention practices, and workflows may change. Beta access may be limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, uploaded files, project data, user activity, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Do not upload passwords, secrets, tokens, private keys, regulated personal data, or information you are not permitted to process.
AI-generated output
AskMyLogs uses automated analysis and AI-assisted explanations. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific operational, security, legal, or compliance decision. You are responsible for reviewing and validating results before acting on them.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, upload malicious content, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, overload infrastructure, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
Plans and pricing
Displayed paid plans are provided for transparency. During beta, first-user free access and pricing terms may change before paid billing is activated. Any future paid use will be subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at that time.
Intellectual property
AskMyLogs and its software, design, branding, workflows, and documentation are owned by AskMyLogs or its licensors. You retain ownership of the log files and content you upload, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete analysis, security outcomes, or that generated reports will satisfy any compliance requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskMyLogs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are provided for product transparency and should be reviewed by counsel before production billing or enterprise use.
